Our team is working with the digital department on the insurer’s website.
We are updating the website section by section according to the client’s priorities implementing major changes with the design system.

Project example /

Building a new hompage for GMF.fr
In early 2021, we were asked to work on the new homepage for GMF’s homepage.
The new page was structured to introduce the main products upfront to ensure maximum visibility, with the ability to take immediate action. Below the user would find informations about the brand and the specific offers available depending on his/her profile. 
Clients would find usefull link a litte further down the page as they have an immediate access to their account from the top navigation. 
The page would then close on GMF’s more generic engagements and news. 

Process

Discovery
I conducted a benchmark of similar website and website of other markets with interessing answers to GMF’s problematic and then used the material as the basis for a workshop with GMF’s digital and marketing teams.
Deliverable: slide deck & workshop guidelines.

UX strategy
I animated  workshop with cross functional teams (Digital, Marketing, IT...) to identify the best solution to create a homepage which would work for all stakeholder : future clients, clients, and internal teams. 
The workshop was conducted remotely using Mural. 
Deliveable: workshop animation, slide deck & wireframe

UX design & copywriting
Following the workshop I then proceded to create a detailed wireframe of the page including copywriting elements  and suggestion for the UI designer on things which were appreciated by the client in the benchmark.  

Hand off 
Our design team took it from there. The final result was developped by GMF’s team.
